Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Scheme has been approved by Mr Brendan Howlin, TD, Minister
for Public Expenditure and Reform under Section 8(7) of the Freedom of Information Act 2014
and has been adopted by all FOI bodies. This does not preclude an FOI body from providing
additional information as part of its publication scheme.

The scheme commits FOI bodies to make
information available as part of their normal business activities in accordance with the scheme.
